SHR is a nonprofit
corporation which solicits major private gifts and grants to
help offset program costs found difficult for smaller rural
organizations to afford. The IRS exemption authorizing
deduction of donations under Par 501(c)3 can be downloaded
from this site's home page. The EIN is 61-1415033. SHR is a
member of the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations, and
is registered with the national database of nonprofit

SHR subcontracts portions of its inquiry efforts to outside contractors, chief of which are www.HRProfile.com and www.imperativeinfo.com , and is a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners, the American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children, the Social Enterprise Alliance, and the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations. SHR maintains an independent Forensic Review Board to follow up serious cases, and provides economical fingerprinting services to the National Foundation to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse.
