Staffing


SHR operates with a full time founder and part time volunteers. Paid staff are acquired as needed to process dossiers.

For larger organizations SHR trains and compensates a local member of the group to host and conduct the familiarization sessions which fingerprint, photograph, and help workers fill out and notarize their application forms.

Scout troops and local nursing homes are found to be very helpful and supportive of the application process.

Educational visits are made by the founder and by an anticipated group of retired clergy.

Volume operations are conducted from the Morgan County Business Resource Center.
